Course Cancellation Policy

In case of withdrawal from the course, the full amount is refunded except for the €200 registration fee.This fee covers seat reservation, creation of the student’s personal file, and preparation of the necessary documentation to initiate the learning process.These procedures begin immediately after payment, even if classes have not yet started.Therefore, the registration fee is non-refundable, as administrative costs have already been incurred.Such retention is allowed under the autonomy of educational institutions, as established in Portaria no. 550-C/2004, Article 7.This follows standard practice in professional education in Portugal.The remainder of the payment is fully refundable.All terms are transparently published and available for review before payment.

Yes. Facultét is a DGERT-certified training provider, so our professional courses issue a state-recognised certificate of professional training valid in Portugal and across the EU.

The certificate is issued through the official SIGO platform after you complete the course requirements.

Yes. A DGERT certificate is the standard proof of professional training in Portugal and is accepted by Portuguese employers, public institutions and, within the EU, as evidence of completed professional training.

A €200 registration fee secures your seat and is deducted from the total.

Our campus is in Lisbon (Avenida da Liberdade area) and we also run groups in Porto. Most courses are available in a live-online format, so you can study from anywhere in Portugal.

Yes. Because Facultét is DGERT-certified, companies can fund our courses as part of the mandatory annual training hours for employees. We issue full invoices and training records for reimbursement.
