What is the cancellation policy for registered courses?
Course Cancellation Policy
In case of withdrawal from the course, the full amount is refunded except for the €200 registration fee.This fee covers seat reservation, creation of the student’s personal file, and preparation of the necessary documentation to initiate the learning process.These procedures begin immediately after payment, even if classes have not yet started.Therefore, the registration fee is non-refundable, as administrative costs have already been incurred.Such retention is allowed under the autonomy of educational institutions, as established in Portaria no. 550-C/2004, Article 7.This follows standard practice in professional education in Portugal.The remainder of the payment is fully refundable.All terms are transparently published and available for review before payment.

You can register online through our website by filling out the registration form.
