Stanislav is an experienced manager with over 10 years of experience in management and education.
The professional skills school "Facultét" was founded by Stanislav together with Victoria and Kseniia in Portugal, inspired by the beautiful Portugal with its wonderful climate, both in terms of nature and educational environment. Stanislav was impressed by the openness and quality of the Portuguese educational environment, which prompted him to create a school that makes European education accessible to everyone.
The mission of the school is to make European education accessible to everyone. The goal is to train 10,000 students who will find jobs after completing their studies at "Facultét"
In 2023, Stanislav attended the Web Summit in Lisbon, one of the largest and most significant technology events in the world. At this conference, he attended a panel dedicated to the future of education, where leading experts discussed how digital technologies can transform the educational process. Inspired by what he heard, Stanislav participated in several workshops and masterclasses on the use of virtual reality and artificial intelligence in education.
One of the most memorable moments for Stanislav was meeting Victoria, a startup founder who presented an innovative platform for online education. Victoria shared how her platform helps students from remote regions receive quality education using only internet access. They discussed many ideas on how to improve the educational process and make it more accessible to everyone.
This meeting and the experiences gained at Web Summit became the catalyst for Stanislav in creating "Facultét." Together with Victoria and Kseniia, he realized that the future of education lies in digital technologies, and they decided to implement the most modern tools and methods in their school to give students the opportunity to study at a convenient time and from any place.
