Previously, Dmitry built and led the Corporate Venture Capital arm at a NASDAQ-listed company (Headhunter Group) and served as Associate on the Portfolio & Investment Team at AltaIR Capital — a $600M AUM fund backing 350+ startups, including 9 unicorns and 2 decacorns (Miro, Deel).
