Ilaria Trushkina is the Director of Operations at Facultét, where she oversees the daily operations, student experience, and internal processes that keep the school running smoothly. With a strong background in administrative coordination and team management, she ensures that every student, teacher, and partner interacts with a well-organized, responsive, and professional environment.

She joined Facultét to build operational systems that support the school’s growth across Portugal and beyond. From onboarding and scheduling to compliance and cross-team communication, Ilaria manages the infrastructure behind the educational experience. Her focus is on making every workflow clear, efficient, and human-centered.

Before joining Facultét, Ilaria worked in operational and customer-facing roles in international companies, where she developed a sharp eye for process optimization and a deep commitment to service quality. She believes that great education is built not only on strong curricula but also on reliable operations that allow students to focus on learning.
